The Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire A UNIQUE INSTITUTE DESIGNED FOR CHEFS How best to support customers present on the five continents? As a complement to the on-site technical training offered by the advisors of Elle & Vire s culinary division, the Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire, a new training and application laboratory, allows chefs worldwide to receive training in Elle & Vire s products and discover new sources of inspiration. It also welcomes the sales forces of our distributors who are in contact with chefs who are the final users. Customers from Singapore inaugurated the first seminar organized in this framework. The Maison de la Crème provides a forum for chefs, led by Meilleur Ouvrier de France Nicolas Boussin and culinary expert Sébastien Faré, and is dedicated to creativity and excellence in the service of professionals.
