You can report any violation of the law and/or any breach of our policies and principles defined in our Ethical Charter, thereby contributing to upholding SAVENCIA’s values and maintaining a culture of trust.

Your report will be carefully reviewed, and appropriate measures may be taken to address any issues raised.

The digital platform of the SARA alert system – SAvencia Receives your Alerts – is based on four principles:

• •The protection of the person who initiates the alert as well as the facilitators acting in good faith and without direct financial compensation;
• •Respect for the rights of the individuals involved in the reported case;
• •Neutrality and ethical behavior of the parties involved in the collection and processing of the alert;
• •Respect for the data collected as part of the report, particularly the identity of the whistleblower who can request anonymity.

It is reminded that this platform is not intended to be used for making deliberately false accusations or erroneous information. In case of complaints about marketed products, please contact the corresponding consumer services.
